ARIES Service Provider Workflow


1. Student Browses ARIES Platform
  • A student visits the ARIES platform and navigates all the listed platforms.

2. Student Explores Services
  • The student goes to the "Service Providers" page and browses through various services.

3. Student Selects Your Service
  • The student clicks on your listed service.

4. Student Reads Service Details
  • The student views all the information you’ve provided about your service.

 5. Receive Quotation Request

  • The student submits a "Request for Quote".

6. Email Notification
  • You receive an email notification at your registered email address informing you about the quote request.

7. Check the Dashboard for Quote
  • Go to your Service Provider dashboard → Quotations to view the request.

8. Respond to the Quote
  • Reply to the student with:

    • A custom quotation

    • A message is attached (clarifying service inclusions, timeline, etc.)

Booking Process 


9. Quotation Appears in Student’s Dashboard

  • Your quotation and message appear under the "Notifications" section of the student's dashboard.

10. Student Books the Service
  • If the student agrees to the quote, they click "Book Now" to confirm the service.

11. Receive Booking Request
  • You receive the booking request.

  • Go to "Booking Settings → Bookings" on your dashboard to view the request.

Invoicing 


12. Raise an Invoice

  • Click the + icon next to the booking request to create an invoice.

13. Fill Invoice Details
  • Complete the invoice form:

    • Reference No.

    • Due Date (before the actual booking date)

    • Student Email

    • Status: Always select "Pending"

    • Discount (optional: fixed or percentage)

    • Tax (according to local laws)

    • Select Service from the dropdown

    • Service Description

    • Amount (as per the shared quote)

    • Note to Student (optional)

  • Click "Submit" to send the invoice.

Payment and Execution 


14. Student Makes Payment

  • The student receives the invoice and proceeds to pay.

  • You’ll receive an email notification once the payment is made.

15. Paid Invoice View
  • The paid invoice will be visible in your "Bookings" section.

16. Assign a Team Member
  • Click "Assign Now".

  • A pop-up will display your available team members.

  • Select a member and confirm.

Service Completion 


17. Mark Service as Completed

  • Once the service is delivered, mark the status as "Completed".

  • The student and you will both receive an email confirmation.
