Step-by-step student guideline for selecting a service, making a payment, and receiving confirmation on the ARIES platform

1. Visit the ARIES Platform

  • Go to the official ARIES platform.


2. Explore Services
  • Navigate to the "Service Providers" page.

  • Browse various categories of services related to academic relocation and international education.

3. Select a Service
  • Click on the service that matches your needs.

4. Read Service Details
  • Go through all the information provided by the Service Provider (description, inclusions, terms, etc.).

5. Request a Quote
  • Use the "Request for Quote" button to ask the Service Provider for a custom quotation.

6. Receive Quote Request Confirmation
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation at your registered email ID that your quote request has been sent.

7. Get Quotation Reply
  • The Service Provider replies with a custom quotation and message.

8. Check Your Dashboard
  • Go to "Notifications" on your dashboard.

  • Click on "View Quotation Reply" to read the Service Provider’s message and view the quote.

9. Confirm Your Booking
  • If satisfied, click "Book Now" on the same page to proceed with booking.

10. Fill Booking Details
  • Confirm the Job Price, select Date & Time, and fill in your contact details.

  • Click on "Proceed to Checkout".

11. Booking Confirmation
  • You will see a confirmation page.

  • A confirmation email with your booking details will be sent.

12. Receive Invoice
  • The Service Provider will generate an invoice.

  • Go to "My Invoices" on your dashboard.

13. View and Pay Invoice
  • Click on "View Invoice", verify the details, and click "Pay Now".

14. Apply Coupons (Optional)
  • On the Cart page, apply any coupon codes, if available.

  • Click "Proceed to Checkout".

15. Final Checkout
  • Review all your order and personal details.

  • (Optional) Add a note to your order.

16. Place the Order
  • Click "Place Order" to continue.

17. Make Payment
  • You will be redirected to the Razorpay Payment Gateway.

  • Choose your preferred payment method: UPI, Cards, EMI, NetBanking, Wallet, or Pay Later.

  • Complete the transaction.

18. Payment Confirmation
  • Upon successful payment, your Order Confirmation will display.

  • You will also receive an email confirmation with all the order details.

19. View Booking Details
  • Go to "My Bookings" on your dashboard.

  • You can:

    1. View Bookings

    2. View Invoice

    3. Edit Booking

20. Edit Booking (Optional)
  • Click "Edit Booking" if you want to reschedule or change service details.

  • The revised request is sent to the Service Provider.

21. Confirmation of Revised Booking
  • If the Service Provider approves the changes, the booking status will be marked as "Completed".

22. Provide Feedback
  • Once completed, go to "My Bookings".

  • Submit your feedback for the Service Provider.
