Step-by-step student guideline for selecting a service, making a payment, and receiving confirmation on the ARIES platform

Go to the official ARIES platform.
Navigate to the "Service Providers" page.
Browse various categories of services related to academic relocation and international education.
Click on the service that matches your needs.
Go through all the information provided by the Service Provider (description, inclusions, terms, etc.).
Use the "Request for Quote" button to ask the Service Provider for a custom quotation.
You’ll receive an email confirmation at your registered email ID that your quote request has been sent.
The Service Provider replies with a custom quotation and message.
Go to "Notifications" on your dashboard.
Click on "View Quotation Reply" to read the Service Provider’s message and view the quote.
If satisfied, click "Book Now" on the same page to proceed with booking.
Confirm the Job Price, select Date & Time, and fill in your contact details.
Click on "Proceed to Checkout".
You will see a confirmation page.
A confirmation email with your booking details will be sent.
The Service Provider will generate an invoice.
Go to "My Invoices" on your dashboard.
Click on "View Invoice", verify the details, and click "Pay Now".
On the Cart page, apply any coupon codes, if available.
Click "Proceed to Checkout".
Review all your order and personal details.
(Optional) Add a note to your order.
Click "Place Order" to continue.
You will be redirected to the Razorpay Payment Gateway.
Choose your preferred payment method: UPI, Cards, EMI, NetBanking, Wallet, or Pay Later.
Complete the transaction.
Upon successful payment, your Order Confirmation will display.
You will also receive an email confirmation with all the order details.
Go to "My Bookings" on your dashboard.
You can:
View Bookings
View Invoice
Edit Booking
Click "Edit Booking" if you want to reschedule or change service details.
The revised request is sent to the Service Provider.
If the Service Provider approves the changes, the booking status will be marked as "Completed".
Once completed, go to "My Bookings".
Submit your feedback for the Service Provider.
